-Companies Announce Alliance to Provide Value-Added Training Services to Clients-

Tampa, FL – April 30, 2004 – MISource Sciences LLC, a leading provider of flexible staffing solutions, announced today an alliance with Delphi Analytical Services, Inc., a leading provider of CGMP products and services.

Under the terms of the alliance, the companies will work together to jointly market, sell, and teach to their clients, both scientific courses and courses related to the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs). CGMPs are the Federal regulations which pharmaceutical, medical device, contract analytical and related industries are required to follow. These types of courses are not normally offered by traditional academic institutions. MISOURCE will be responsible for marketing and administrating the courses, as well as working closely with the client to tailor the instruction to meet their individual needs and requirements. Delphi will be responsible for developing and customizing instructional materials and teaching the courses.
